Life is a long, wondrous and continuous introduction to yourself.

The act of creation — it leads me to unknown places. Only to make me realize that all was known, always. And yet, I live every day with the hope that I’ll explore, create and grow into someone new. Because what’s life if not a long, wondrous and continuous introduction to yourself.

In this journey, music lives by my side. I find melody in my writing, and a lot of writing in my melodies. Sometimes, I hear songs in the bubbles of boiling tamarind water. Or in the stroke of red paint over the canvas. Or in the giggles of a child after a good joke. Tunes find their way even into my boredom, curiosity and the thoughts in between. And a rhythm taps into my sorrow, so it can take the leap to laughter.

Such is music. Such is life — yours and mine.

loosening passion....

Yesterday was one of the worsest days in my newly ventured academic tenure!

When you are overly opiniated and very passionate about the same, you have a tendency  to overlook what others might say or what has always been accepted or REFERENCED!

Academic reference killed me beyond imagination and by 12 midnight yesterday, i was frustrated! As it goes in the advertising learning system, i had to do a campaign analysis with scholarly and textual references! The reality of the university or academic life still is taking time to set in me... And i have been coolly going by everything till now, working my ass off to mint some wealth to return to convenience...juggling between university and work place in broad sunlight with the ultra violet index touching 10 everyday and the only semi-personal connections being my clients at work! Add to this, a tendency of giving the academic formalities and requirements a short sight!

You gotta pay for it... I had the advertisement all well thought... i knew what i had to talk about and the academic terms will always be dealt with... but the burden came in when i had to support every idea i had with someone else's views! I ignored the library... trusted the internet.. only to fall on my face! Almost 36 hours of random searching, blind hits and still what i ended up writing , to me, looked utter rubbish! My analysis lost the flavor i thought it would have! Justification took away the expression and i found everything rotting!

Binding in word limit, reading through 100 articles to find one scholarly, relavant article! Gosh! Life was so much non demanding :P

Damn...'There are few rules, play by them..till the need remains' ;)
