how healthy

..is talking(literally)? I talk...at times, talk a lot....

I might be good at it but there comes a point when i start blabbering for the sake of it...

i can stay quiet for hours and days on my will(infact there was a stretch of 5 days when i hadnt spoken a word!) but most of the time there is a strange urge to voice my thoughts or no-thoughts too...

talking infact refreshes my own desicions,likes and dislikes etc when i listen to my own words...

But somewhere i compromise on being a great listener...

Is there a way to regulate and balance the effect? ___________________________________________________________________________________

Or is this a mere aspect of being self-obsessed! ;)
